Crimson's client needed content created to enhance and speed the sales cycle for their established product lines.
CHALLENGES
The current time to convert a sale was longer than warranted by the product and it was thought that more effective training was needed
SOLUTIONS
Crimson designed a best-practices approach for the development of Sales Accelerator Kits (SAKs)
Using this framework, Crimson conducted primary external market research and developed content for three potential solution SAKs
RESULTS
The outcome of this project included both unique SAK content and a best-practice SAK scenario matrix approach our client could leverage into additional selling scenarios
