Crimson conducted an assessment and devised an overall strategy for the YouTube news site at a Fortune 50 network infrastructure company. As part of the analysis, Crimson researched best practices for enterprises and identified the leading YouTube channels. Crimson produced and recommended next steps for content, site look and feel, linkages with other channels such as with client's partners, and proposed guidelines to roll out the program globally.
